- Raps/Poems- Students send in their own raps or poems. The winner is published.
- Fun Polls- Favorite gate to leave school early/favorite article of clothing that breaks the school dress code etc.
- Fill-in speech bubble-Someone draws a cartoon (either outside or inside the staff), and students compete by filling in the dialogue in the cartoon.
- Where’s Harry?- Where’s Waldo with a twist (other variations could be where’s Patrice or Sidener)
- Find the hidden objects- Where’s Harry but with objects (ID’s, bathroom passes in the graveyard, etc.)
- Traits/Faculty Match-up- Dr. Sidener is matched with the “Mom hat”, Security guards with their cell phones.
- You know you go to Beach High if…- You skip the entire day of school if you oversleep for 15 minutes
- Photo Captions- Students send in their favorite funny photos, and students compete to make up the best caption.
- Mad Libs- Stories that relate to Beach High culture with spaces to make them your own. “Mr. Flores is a ______(Noun)
- Fake News Stories- April Fools! School chili contains traces of radium.
- Finding hidden sentences- Funny sentences are hidden in a larger picture or paragraph.
